We will arrange a meeting with you and study your business needs first, then we prepare a customised proposal with an action plan and schedule. There won't be any service charge before your confirmation on our proposed action plan.

50% of total payment will be collected as deposit upon signing the proposal on action plan; 50% balance will be collected upon completing the action plan of our proposal.

Kickstartlab charge on weekly basis for the consultancy and solution service, so you will have our full attention throughout the whole period. In our proposal we will specify how many weeks we needed and the schedule. 50% deposit would be collected upon signing the proposal and another 50% would be collect after all the actions proposed have been taken.

Absolutely! If there are any additional requests after signing the initial proposal, we will estimate the additional time needed and give a supplementary proposal with the new action plan and schedule
